【業務内容】

日本の石油関連企業にて、管理会計、商業サポート、コンプライアンス、文書管理を担当するアシスタントマネージャーを募集しています。

Key Responsibilities:
✓Management Accounting
– Monthly closing data compilation and analysis, monthly base
– Preparation of income and expenditure forecast (quarterly)
– Drafting of internal reports in Japanese

✓Credit management
– KYC support
– Credit confirmation

✓Deposit and withdrawal work
– Approval of accounts receivable and payable
– USD payment confirmation

✓Registration work with banks

✓Government agency support
– Response to various surveys (Statistics, MPA etc)
– Transactions with IRAS
– Confirmation with audit firm

✓Audit support
– Support for inquiries from accounting companies in Singapore and Japan

✓Business management
– Regulation/ internal rules/ guideline management, updates, and notifications
– Contract management
– General internal confirmation work (contracts, LOI, etc.)
– All documents management

✓Insurance
– Arrangement of Marine insurance
– Checking warranty details and costs with the HQ

✓Other
– Branch manager work support (instructions on an ongoing basis)
– Data entry
– General affairs (hotel reservations for business travelers, Support of appointment etc.)
– General correspondence with the head Qarter in Tokyo
